I can log in. soon as I click something inside of mail.com account, it says "restoring session" and logs me out. does not do this with other browsers and it use to work on this one. I have cookies on so I guess that is not the issue? FF 52.8.0 ESR. still happens with extensions turned off.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

cleared cache and cookies for mail.com. firefox opened in safe mode, turned off hardware acceleration. same thing happens. logs me in, then logs me out soon as I click something in the mail.com account. this is on my mac.

on my windows 7 box, same browser version, no issues there. works fine on windows, and safari and chrome on the mac. I use to work on the mac in firefox at one time but not lately.

im not seeing anything to mark it solved or not solved. in the email I hit solved by accident but I'm not seeing anything to click on to undo that.

I have a spare mac, same firefox version. Im going to try it on that and see if it does the same thing. this has me baffled so I appreciate any help.

ok, works fine on my older imac. same version of firefox ESR, same wifi network. works fine as it should. Im running el capitan on the older mac, Sierra on the new mac (where it keeps logging me out). clearing cache, cookies, extensions off did nothing. this is weird. has me stumped. I may remove and reinstall firefox to see if that helps.
