I get the above message. although the mail seems to be sent to recipient. I can't know for sure because there is nothing saved in my "sent" folder.

what mail provider are you using? Is the account IMAP or POP?

Provider is Hover.Com. IMAP

My provider is Namecheap.com. IMAP. It worked fine until I deleted its outgoing server in settings by mistake. Then I reentered the server, identically to another Namecheap account that works fine. I can send messages, but always get this Sent error.
