There is no "Undo" for deleting history.
You submitted your question under Sync. Do you still have the history on one device but not the other(s)?

History is stored in a database file named places.sqlite that is stored in your profile folder. On a desktop computer, that could be something you made backups of. On Android, it's much less likely that you would have a backup of that file.
