Whenever I go to my downloaded extensions, I see that I still have it, but there isn't any options to open it or to be able to pin it back.

Remove From Toolbar would normally move the button to the Customize palette. If you do not find the button then try Restore Defaults.

Then look for the toolbar button for that extension in the Customize Firefox palette. Drag that button to where you want it.

It's an extension that was added. When I go to the customization screen, there isn't any extensions to add to the toolbar.
