Here is the general article on changing your home page, but the "built-in" home page may depend on which locale build you are running.

How to set the home page

If you can't get the page you want, which "locale" of Firefox are you running? This is listed at the bottom of the Troubleshooting Information page. To open that, either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter

The locale may look something like "en-US" (United States English) or "zh-CN" or "zh-TW".
