Sorry, I have never seen that offered via an extension for Firefox, but you might want to look at TabMix Plus. And if you think that will work for you, make sure you get the correct version of TMP - for that real old version of Firefox 47 that you used to post here. Currently Firefox 52 ESR is recommended for WinXP installations, as it is current with applicable security updates. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/ https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/

Many people who aren't in an "organization" use that version, so don't let the nomenclature throw you - but keep in mind that unsigned extensions will be gone, no way in Firefox 48 and beyond to override that "feature".

BTW, are you aware that you can middle-click each Tab that you want to close? Saves a bit of time when wanting to close tabs quickly, over using the right-mouse button and then the left button.

Some extensions that are 48+ compatible, so you will have to update Firefox. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/multitabx/ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/close-tabs-to-the-left-quantum/ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/close-tabs-to-the-left-i18n/ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/close-left-tabs-button/ It is useful to update to Firefox 52.7.3 ESR if your XP version supports this: *https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ *https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/52.7.3/releasenotes/ *https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/52.7.3/system-requirements/
