Recently, my PC was repaired by replacing my "bad" hard drive with a new one. I have the Windows 7 OS and use the Firefox browser. The technician was able to retrieve all my files and programs from the "bad" drive. When I restored my "Bookmarks Toolbar," the individual folders are not displayed on the home page toolbar. Prior to the repair, I had ten folders listed on the toolbar -- for example one folder was labeled "SPORTS", and within that folder I had seven web sites (URLs) listed whereby I could click on one of the sport sites. I can see all of the ten folders in the Library after I click on "Bookmarks" - "All Bookmarks", and finally click on "Bookmarks Toolbar." I don't want to click 4 times in order to get to one SPORT address (such as www.PGATour.com). So, how do I get this "SPORTS" folder to appear in the home page toolbar in addition to get all the other nine folders to appear individually in the home page toolbar ? During the last two hours (before I typed this question and detail) I have attempted to "copy" and "paste", and attempted to "drag" a specific folder from the Library, but had no success. Please HELP !!!

Hi, Sounds like a pain. I suggest mousing to the top of Firefox to a Blank Spot and Right Click and turn on the Menu Bar. From Bookmarks you should be able to see more clearly to drag and drop or The very 1st folder called Bookmarks Toolbar is the latest installed one. Drag and Drop your Folders from the older Folder into the Top one. Sounds crazy but it is installed and the older one is not. I have 15 or so since 1995, each install makes a new one. Interesting of what was important to me then and now. So if you deleted the Top one you may have to install over top to hook one up. As no idea to figure any thing else. Full Version Installer if Needed : https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ Backup your Bookmarks from there by opening the Bookmark Folder and Export as HTML
