Hi yopud, the bookmark panel has two controls:
- recently used folders
- button to open the full folder tree
Once you open the full folder tree, there are "twisty" controls to the left of each folder to expand it. These may be hard to see depending on the specific colors used. I'm attaching a screenshot that might help with what I'm trying to describe.

Also, in case you're looking for it, there is a "real" bookmarks menu button for the toolbar. You can add it from Customize, or use the "Library" button as described in the article linked below:
