Isisombululo esikhethiwe

I'm not sure when the problem started exactly, I'm not the main user of the computer and those that do use it, aren't much of a technology person.

Apparently upon windows doing an automatic update and restarting, it fixed the problem. I only noticed it restarted as nothing that was open previously was still open. I tried to start Firefox and it started instantly.

I'll definitely keep these possible fixes for the future.

Thanks all for the replies!

The reports seem to look like memory issues.

When did this problem start? After an update?

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

Rename the cert8.db file (cert8.db.old) and delete cert_override.txt in the Firefox profile folder to remove intermediate certificates and exceptions that Firefox has stored. If that doesn't help then try to remove secmode.db as well.

If that has helped to solve the problem then you can remove renamed file(s).

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
