Since I clicked refresh in troubleshooting, I've not been able to use Firefox. It says I have no profile.
When I want on-line tonite, a message at the bottom of the Firefox page said that if the web-site was slow, go into Troubleshooting and Refresh. I did that but now have no access to Firefox. When I click the Firefox icon, it says I have no profile.
