Where can I get a full download of Firefox version 54? I don't want the latest version and I'd prefer to get it from Mozilla itself to avoid relying on another party.

Since the last update of Firefox a lot of my addons don't work anymore. Some of these (security) addons are of greater importance to me than any security issues that a new version of Firefox might fix.

Install Older Version Of Firefox {web link} Be sure to read everything here.

If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.

Separate Security Issue: Update your Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

Flash Player Version: Version 26.0.0.151

You should not run old versions, these security issues you so easily dismissed are actually serious, and now that they have been fixed they are publicly known so anyone could exploit them easily in old versions.

You shouldn't have any problems running add-ons in 55 that you were also able to run in 54. What add-ons stopped working when you updated from 54 to 55?

@FredMcD Thank you very much for the link and the heads up. I'm on Palemoon at the moment and didn't take the time I should have to turn off a bunch of plugins. I never use Flash so it's turned off completely now.

@Tyler Downer Thank you for your concern. However, I can get over a hacker but NSA and others are forever. I'll take my chances and use browsers, etc. appropriate to what I'm doing. A whole bunch of addons became "legacy" and not working well (or at all). I assume it has to do with the new way addons are supposed to be made in the future in Firefox. I've been using Policeman which is used to whitelist domains. It's not working in version 55 but now I'm back in 54(.0.1) and it's working (as well as a bunch of other useful addons). RequestPolicy Continued ignores domains at times so it wasn't optimal.
