Why am I not getting support?

I don’t want to be rude or disrespectful towards you volunteers at Mozilla Support, but I wonder why I don’t get any support on two questions I posted here.

The first one was posted almost 1 month ago ( https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1157093 )… The second one 10 days ago ( https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1159272 actually a repost of the first one with a shorter and clearer explanation of the issue - I thought that might help, and there was also a banner on top of the page about an issue at the support forum)...

Essentially what I ask for is a confirmation of the issue and whether or not I could file it as a bug. Not really complicated, I thought.

Why are my questions ignored for such a long time?

If you do or did file a bug please let us have the bug number. As I mentioned in one of your other threads there is no longer any helpdesk or escalation of forum support questions to anyone other than us volunteers.

In fact I may as well close this thread as there are responses in the other thread now.

I'm not on a Mac so I can't confirm your issue but if you discover unintended behavior in Firefox, ALWAYS file a bug. The worst that can happen is it gets duped and you can follow the original bug. Mozilla relies on bug reports to get its shit together otherwise they'll go on thinking all is fine.
