Ok, First my problem as the question goes... I have tried to right click on anything of firefox, websites, firefox_menus, nothing works. I can't use the right click button at all.

Now lets get some info out of the way:

1) My mouse is regular, it's fine, it works on other browsers like internet explorer, it works on my computer, allowing me to right click there all I want. But I can't right click on firefox or any website on firefox.

2) I have already tried the safemode for Firefox disabling all apps. Didn't fix it.

3) I have already uninstalled firefox completely including appdata and Install it again. Still have the same problem.

4) Tried starting my pc in safe mode, that also didn't help at all.

When did all this started? When I installed the latest firefox 53.0 (32bit)

I am using windows 7

Please help me, this is starting to make me sad and I need the right click for homeworks and saving pictures from the internet among other needs that come with the rightclick.

Isisombululo esikhethiwe

I had installed the full uptade 53.0

But now I have finally fixed my problem. I did reinstalled firefox but I forgot to reboot it.

Now that I rebooted my pc and installed it again with windows 64 bit download option, fixed my problem.

Thanks

Did you install v53 as an update or do a full install?

Let’s do a full clean re-install; http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ Download Firefox For All languages And Systems

Save the file. Then Close Firefox.

Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.

Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)

Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac

Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux

If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder Firefox in your home directory. http://www.mozilla.org/firefox#desktop

===============

Do Not remove the profiles folder.

Look for, and rename any Mozilla or Firefox program folders by adding .old to them. Do not rename the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.

After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner if you have one. Then run the installer. If all goes well, remove the OLD folders when you are done. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ If there is a problem, start your Computer in safe mode and try again.
