Fotoflexer (on line photo editing site) no longer usable since the last Firefox update, Tried it with explorer browser & it works fine, Have tried a FF refresh & still no good, Fotoflexer normally works with Adobe flash but ran OK without it before (not sure what it was running with on FF though).

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.

I have just tried what you suggested & Fotoflexer is still unusable but still works fine on Explorer.

It looks like nobody has an answer to this, I have even tried another graphics card out of desperation but still no good, I have also found that i am getting problems viewing vids on some other sites as well, I was contemplating going to an older version of FF but the warnings of probable security issues put me off of doing that.

What kind of problems do you have with accessing this website.

Are there any special icons at the left end of the location/address bar?

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure such extensions do not block content. There is security software that can interfere with loading content, so check that as well.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks and history and cookies and passwords and cache and exceptions, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

Can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

It is hard to explain but i will try,,,,,,,,The problem I have with Fotoflexer is that as soon as i try to use any of the features by clicking on them (distort, grab colour etc) it stalls half way through an action & every mouse movement over a picture becomes juddery & at times the curser vanishes & I get a sort of margin at the top of the picture , Fotoflexer is an on line tool & requires no software to be loaded into my PC, I have tried running in FF 'safe mode' but it made no difference at all, As i said before it works 100% fine using explorer instead of FF which tells me it is a FF issue.

I have now done the "forget about this site" but the problem is just the same.
