Izimpendulo zakamuva ze-Why does CPU temperature jump up 15+ degrees when opening a Kickstarter webpage using Firefox. It doesn't happen on other browsers.https://support.mozilla.org/zu/questions/11500612016-12-14T04:14:54-08:00I opened the web page. While my CPU did increase,
it was otherwise normal.
I called for more help.

Any page from Kick2016-12-13T18:49:02-08:00gtblakeyhttps://support.mozilla.org/zu/questions/1150061#answer-944048
Thanks for the suggestions. I'd already tried a few of them prior to asking here.

On task manager. Firefox runs, with for example multiple tabs, youtube videos running etc, with between 0.1 and 1.0% CPU usage.
As soon as I open a single Kickstarter tab, it shoots up and remains at around 13% CPU usage, obviously kicking up the temperature.

This is just the same, with or without hardware accelaration. I had already tested it in safe mode and it remains the same usage.

Other web browsers (Chrome/IE) I have tried do not cause this CPU load - just Firefox.

It is a clean build of Windows 10 Home 64 bit.

Is there anything different about that page when compared to others?
For example; players, ads, gifs2016-12-10T02:45:45-08:00fredmcd-hotmailhttps://support.mozilla.org/zu/questions/1150061#answer-943180
Is there anything different about that page when compared to others?
