Why won't cricut design space function in firefox? works fine in chrome.
After following the instructions on cricut design space, i continue to get the "Update Plugin" required screen. After spending the afternoon working with cricut support, it was determined something in either FireFox or the adobe flash plugin used by FireFox was the culprit. this determination seems to be valid since design space works as expected using Chrome. I don't like Chrome and would much prefer to remain with FireFox but ......... any help would be much appreciated.

Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required)?
Is this the "plugin" you are referring to?
Won't it download? If you can download it, won't it install?
cor-el: unable to post a link to the page since the i am a registered cricut design space user.
the-edmeister: the plugin is for the cricut design space. it downloads and to all intensive purposes it appears to install. however, cricut design space doesn't recognize it as being installed in FireFox.
Do you see this plugin listed on the about:plugins page?
