Hi, try disabling Kaspersky Protection in your extensions - Add-ons Manager (Ctrl+Shift+A).

If that doesn't help, delete ALL references to the website in question, as shown under the heading 'How do I remove a single website from my history?' in this article - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox, then try the site (not from an old bookmark) again. Note: It may take a few minutes to complete the deletion.

this does not help, I have done this with the bell technical team removing history, cookies , but can open the contents in another browser like I said but could it be the 'mailto' because webmail.bell.net is not and can not use oultlook website or gmail website ,look if your email ends in @bell.net like mine I am not a computer expert, so if steps are not clear like about trying a solution I will have a problem. This needs a expert to in firefox browser problems

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

  • Clear the Cache and
  • Remove Cookies
    Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to.

Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar.

  • Cookies; Select Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. Press the button on the right side called Show Cookies. Use the search bar to look for the site. Note; There may be more than one entry. Remove All of them.
  • Cache; Select Advanced > Network. Across from Cached Web Content, Press Clear Now.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe websites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.

emailto just calls your chosen email program.

it is just when you look mail to it say outlook mail, yahoo mail, gmail mail, and if you go other the website.bell.net mail is not listed just that maybe in firefox , because I can only open my email on this website, just questioning that.

with what was provide, i added to kaspersky in settings, protection web anti-virus, advanced settings , configure trusted web pages,http://webmail.bell.net Now in doing that I get certain email's that show there contents and other i DO NOT , but the ones I do not I go to explorer browser and I can view them there,
