When I look at my history in Firefox Beta on my Samsung S5 i only see maybe a few hours worth of history, but if look in my PC's browser (Windows or Linux) I have months worth of history. That is what I want to see on my phone. I have put off asking this question for quite awhile during the last few versions of Firefox Beta.

There are many other issues as well. Such as why do I have to create a new account for Mozilla support when I have already created an account for syncing? I tried to sign up for support through the Firefox Beta browser and it would not accept my new account, it just kept going back the same screen where I filled in my new information without any reason why. The software also told me that I needed to turn on cookies, which were already turned on to only exclude third parties. I turned them on completely and that still did not solve that problem.

There are a few other issues as well. Is there any way I can communicate with someone directly in charge of Firefox development instead of posting to a forum?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Isisombululo esikhethiwe

Hi

Thank you for your questions. Like the majority of people involved with Mozilla, I am a volunteer contributor, but will do my best to help.

With it being designed for a smaller mobile platform, Firefox for Android may not have the full features that you may expect from the desktop version.

With regards to accounts, the Firefox Account (used for Firefox Sync) is a different process to the support website. The support site uses a username and password and the user can set up a profile, whilst Sync is designed to allow a user to take their bookmarks and other user data with them when they move between versions of Firefox.

More than happy to look into any other issues you have. I recommend asking them as separate questions in the support forum.
