I used to be able to download files and attachments. One came through as a PDF and I was asked how I wanted to open it. This never happened before. I had no idea what to choose. I have no idea how they were being opened before. I just simply chose Firefox and now all that happens is I get a new tab. I use the download arrow a lot. Can you please help be get back in working order?
