I want to use FireFox 16.0.2 instead of 46.0.1, which had been running on my Mac. How can I downgrade?

Dear Administrator,

I am a Safari user on Mac OS X 10.6.8. Some of the website I had to visit every month has updated their site. So, Safari 5.1.0 does not work for these sites. I downloaded FireFox 44.0.2 and find myself wishing to run FireFox 16.0.2 since this version of FireFox does not work with 1Password 3.0. This is a deal breaker for me. Is it possible for me reset the sync data? so that I can use FireFox 16.0.2.

Thank you very much for your time and effort in this matter.

Sincerely yours, Zigang Pan

All versions of Firefox older than those available on the following pages are outdated. Obviously some are more outdated than others...

AgileBits provided the following page when Firefox 40 was released, which was the first version in which the old 1Password version 3 stopped working:

I think the only option that would let you use 1Password3 in Firefox is to install Firefox 38.8.0esr, since it appears that 1Password4 is for OSX 10.8 and later.

If that doesn't work out, it's not looking good for OSX 10.6, you might need to change password managers.

Dear Administrator,

I am sorry that FireFox 16.0.2 is also outdated for my web use. Is there any version of FireFox that works with 1Password 3.0 and is not outdated yet?

Thank you very much for your time and effort in this matter.

Sincerely yours, Zigang Pan

It is not the Firefox browser that is made to work with a version of 1Password but what versions of Firefox a version of 1Password is made to work with.

Only Firefox 46.0.1 and 45.1.1esr and 38.8.0esr(last update for 38 esr) are the latest Firefox Release versions and up to date security wise.
