Hey I have to delete the cookies once in a while to keep my device fast. But there are some important cookies that I need to keep. But as I delete all cookies, they get deleted too. So is there any way that the cookies that get stored from websites, will be transferred to a cloud storage. Like Onedrive, Dropbox, Google Drive etc? It will be a lot of help if it is possible.

You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:

You may have to backup the permissions.sqlite file as well to keep the cookie exceptions.

OK so when I will clear my cookies, I will just backup those two files then start Firefox and open the profile folder and replace those two files and I'll get my cookies back, right?

If you clear all your cookies and then create a backup of those files you will have no cookies to get back ! Of course not clearing the cookies, then restarting Firefox may be the obvious course of action. We have already mentioned deleting cookies probably will not speed up anything.

If you put the old files into your profile, you may get back those old cookies from the time the files were created. They may however not be totally relevant to your new restarted session. Some of those cookies may have expired.

I must admit I am not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to achieve. What are the

important cookies that I need to keep ?

What are you trying to achieve now ? Why are the cookies important ? What do they do, or what do you think they may do ?

Hey I tried what chiu guys said and I got my cookies back! This is what I did: I first backed up the cookies.sqlite and permissions.sqlite from the profile folder in my One drive. Then I cleared all the cookies through the "clear recent history" feature of Firefox. Then I saw that my cookies are gone. Then I downloaded those two files and closed Firefox. Then I replaced the downloaded ".sqlite" files with the cookies.sqlite and permissions.sqlite files that were in the profile folder of Firefox. All done! I got my cookies back again. Thanks for the help. Firefox is the best!
