in tab bar, there is no (+) button to open a new tab. eagerly waitting for the solution.

Just for starters, I would strongly recommend that you update your Firefox.

Some housekeeping, too. You have two versions of Adobe PDF Plug-In - remove the old one.

If it happens again then try to click the Restore Defaults button in the Customize palette window.
