I'm pretty hopeless at this. Just bought it this aft. Now I need to get on line and get things back to normal. Don't know where to start. My laptop has a bad hard-drive. It's on the way out. I prefer desktop anyway. So I sprung for this used computer, which so far has nothing on it. I have no idea what the first step is. So far, I like this unit. But I'm in the dark as to what I should be doing.
