I've tried to get them to show up but nothing... I've restarted, rebooted, deleted and reinstalled, etc but I only have 7 of 12 that show up.

Am I doing something wrong???

hi monaleasaa, can you add them to the toolbar like it is described in the Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars article?

What icons are missing? Not all add-ons have toolbar icons.

It is possible that there is a problem with files in the profile folder that store the extensions registry.

Delete the extensions.* files (e.g. extensions.json, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

New files will be created when required.

See "Corrupt extension files":

If you see disabled or not compatible extensions in "Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left end of the Search bar to check if there is a compatibility update available.

If this didn't help then delete addons.json and possibly prefs.js in case there is a problem with preferences.

Hi Fred, 'm new to Mozilla and I'm finding it a little confusing. I'm trying to find the apps that will help me Critique Web sites. I am experienced with computer apps and WordPress however a little help from "those that know" is really appreciated.

Here are the Add-on's that are not working:

Comment.me Enable Tracking Protection Facebook Phishing Protection In form Enter

If the Add on's dont have Tool bar icons, then how do I get them to work?

Hi, have you looked in the 3-bar menu at the right-hand end of the toolbar? If they are there, while in Customize mode, you can drag them to a toolbar. More - Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

You should also be able to see them, and access some settings in the Add-ons Manager (Ctrl+Shift+A > Extensions).

Hope that helps.
