Please help! Firefox crashes on startup (get msg that "Firefox has stopped working"); cannot start in safe mode, and uninstalling and reinstalling the program did not help. (It had been working fine until I opened a document that used Dell Protected Workspace. There were automatic updates prior to the document opening, which is what I think caused the initial problem). Checking online for a solution to the problem does nothing. Details of the crash are:

Isisombululo esikhethiwe

unfortunately this seems to have been caused by an update to the Dell Protected Workspace that is running on your device - could you try uninstalling it in case you're not using it?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
