I have updated to windows 10, all went well, however, yesterday I have to reinstall Firefox as my default browser, on completion I have found that I have an app called outsurfing attached, How do I remove this without having to uninstall your programme.

Hi, do you mean Oursurfing? If so please try working through Remove Oursurfing.com hijack (Virus Removal Guide) by Malware Tips.

Note that not all removal programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.

If you want to reinstall, please see - Uninstall Firefox from your computer.

When you download Firefox, it should only be done from mozilla.org since from other sites it can come bundled with unwanted junk!
