firefox sent me an email to my yahoo address and it showed up but yahoo is blocking the content so I can't verify to finish setting up my account
finishing setting up my new account and i have to verify by email but yahoo won't show me the content of the email you sent me so i can't do whatever the email says to do

Hi, have a look at the email header and see if there is an unblock option there. If not, you will have to open the Yahoo mail settings (cog-wheel in top right corner), and look - probably under Security.
