Running Windows XP Professional 2002, sp3, AMD 64 and generally use a "user account" that doesn't have install privileges, etc. I've installed the latest version of Flash in the administrator account, but it won't update in the user account - it's not even showing up as a plug-in after my last install attempt. I read that I should log out of the user account completely when updating, but this didn't work. Flash works fine in the admin account. This has never happened before - all updates in admin account have shown up in user account. Help!

Is it possible for the user to run the program as the admin? Probably not.

I think if you change the permissions of the application (Adobe Flash) by right clicking and giving all users access the account should be able to use it. If they are a limited account they will only be able to use it if given permission in the properties.
