How do I permanently delete Yahoo from my computer. it has taken over and I do not like it.
I love Firefox but will be forced to delete it and use Intenet Explorer (which I dislike) unless I can get of Yahoo. It has taken over my computer. Several times I have set my normally wanted home page, but Yahoo still continues to take over. I am at my wits' end. There is no use going through the mozilla search for the answer because it just tells me how many people have the same problem, and there is no way of finding the answer.

Firefox does not change the users Homepage to Yahoo, but Yahoo search is part of Firefox and the EN-US versions of Firefox do have Yahoo search as the default search engine - easily user changeable.
Look at two of your installed extensions as possible culprits of that Homepage Hijack, both are know Malware.
