WHEN I TRY TO PRINT OUT CERTAIN EMAILS I DO NOT GET ALL OF THE TEXT AND THERE IS ALSO TEXT OVERLAID ON OTHER TEXT. IS IT SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE PAGE SET UP ? I HAVE TRIED CHANGING A FEW PAGE PARAMETERS BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK.

Which webmail site has this problem?

Usually there is an option to open a print-formatted view of the message, but the place to find this choice varies considerably. On one site, the printer icon might do it, on another it's on a menu (one site uses a menu named ... which is not very descriptive), etc. That view normally will print cleanly.

HI I AM USING OPTUS EMAIL BUT PRINTING OUT IN FIREFOX BECAUSE I CANNOT FIND A PRINT ICON FOR PRINTING WITH THE OPTUS PAGE. WHEN I USE FIREFOX TO PRINT THERE SEEMS TO BE MISALIGNMENT AND NOT ALL OF SOME PAGES PRINT. COULD IT BE THAT I CANT PRINT OUT BECAUSE OF THE SENDER BEING APPLE MAC AND SENDING A DIFFERENTLY FORMATTED FILE. PLEASEE EXCUSEMY IGNORANCE I A BIT OF A NOVICE WITH COMPUTERS

Please allow me a digression: on your keyboard, could you switch off the CAPS LOCK key, because on the internet, writing in all caps is considered shouting and that probably isn't the impression you want to give.

I'm not familiar with Optus webmail. I checked the help pages and FAQ, and remarkably, could not find a single reference to printing. But when I look at the image on the site, the icon to the left of the reply arrow (see attached screen shot), it looks like it might be a printer. What does that icon do?
