When I try to open a recent draft I am blocked in some way. I get a default message that says the draft can't be opened because it is open in another window or tab. I have never had this happen and I don't know how to solve the problem.

Try to clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
