<p>If you can't install 18.x, then you would need to use Adobe's uninstaller to remove 17.x. Otherwise, the installer for 13.x will always say you have the higher version already.

</p><p>More suitable for Firefox on WinXP than the later versions. Support for Windows XP ended on April 8, 2014, so you're not going to see WinXP listed for newer versions of Flash.
