Firefox crashes constantly when start up
MacOSX 10.10.3, Japanese. I bought it yesterday and it is clean.
After I installed Firefox, it crashes every time I launch Firefox. I tried Firefox 38.0.5.dmg English version and Japanese version. I tried safe-mode, I tried clean reinstall, I tried create a new account in Mac and reinstall.
Here is the report:

I'm crazy now, because I cannot live without Firefox. Please help.

Hi yhihlwpy, I understand that you have a new computer and Firefox crashes on start up. I am happy to help.
Currently there is not a lot of information about this crash signature. However I can provide some steps to see if we can stop it from crashing on start up.
Can you open it long enough to disable hardware acceleration? Is there an update available for your device?
Can you try the beta or 64bit version of Firefox (they are still being developed, but it may be an alternative)
If also possible can you please provide the technical information of your mac in this bug that I filed with your report here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1172196
Note that this is a question about Mac, so you always have a universal 64/32 bit binary.
Maybe check for font issues.
You can check for corrupted and duplicate fonts and other font issues:

You can check if you can start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Options key.

For some time now, a lot of Mac’s with Microsoft programs have been crashing. Check with Microsoft / Mac support sites.
