Cannot get Firefox Accounts to sync between two laptops. How can I find help to resolve this.

Both browsers are the most up to date version. I have created the new Accounts version and signed into both browsers, but they will not connect and share bookmarks. I have been trying for 2 days to migrate the bookmarks and passwords over with no luck. Any suggestions are appreciated.
