Flash player keeps crashing in pages like Facebook and YouTube. I already reinstall the firefox, flash, all the plugins, disable hardware acceleration and none of these works.

I made a complete clean in my pc for any virus or others programs that may cause that, but it still crash all the time.

FireFox usualy use alot of memory too, making all my pc slow. Here is my crash reports:

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

The only thing that I had not done was disable protect mode. I will see if this resolve the problem.

Disable the protect mode didn't work either... There is a concrete way to correct this problem ? Because I'm searching about it, and it seems that anyone was capable of resolve this.

In Adobe support forums they are suggesting that those who use Windows 8 or 8.1 change to another browser because this is a Firefox only problem...

HI Luciano_Ger, While the team investigates this, there is still a search for steps to reproduce this crash. However in the meantime another work around I can offer is trying the HTML5 player or coming back Firefox in a bit when we get this straightened out. I apologize for the incontinence in the meantime.
