Almost 12 hours ago, after opening the browser ( home page is https://www.google.ro/ ) I navigated to wikipedia to search for a airplane and suddenly it opened by itself a new window with a " Mozilla annually survey ". I took that survey, which was consisting of 4 questions. After that survey, randomly firefox started opening Adds. I'll post here the link which i think might be " doing" this, if this is some kind a virus.... I'm just saying, because i can't find any explanation.

I have uploaded a Print Screenof my firefox and the Windows 7 Task Manager. You can see that firefox is using a big amunt of RAM and the Flash Player plugin too, half a gigabyte. I don't think it's normal, because it has never used so much memory not even when i opened 10 videos simultaneously on youtube that uses this plugin.

I hope that the picture has been uploaded, because in the last 10 minutes that I've spent writing this the square picture where the uploaded file should be has been loading all the time. Even now it is saying ""Uploading "Firefox Problem 3.png"... """ . if you need more from me to tell you, i will.

Best regards Cosmin

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

You can set media.gmp-gmpopenh264.provider.enabled to false on the about:config page to remove the OpenH264 plugin. Note that this plugin is only used for WebRTC (Real Time Communications) like used by the Hello feature.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

Sorry for the above post. I didn't pay attention and posted it accidentally. Afterwards i saw that it was what i wrote to you last night

I followed your suggestion and it worked! I got rid of the Adds by using AdvCleaner , malwarebytes and superantispyware.

Thank you very much!
