I am a tech person, one of my client computer running window 7 64 bit, fire fox crashes as soon as started for couple of times, then start working, i can start the firefox in safe mode, i already reset it, un-install and re-install it, none of them working, other browsers like ie 11 and google chrome working fine, the customer using dual monitors? any suggestion, I submitted the error reports couple of time to the site. regards, perviz saheb

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

The crash reports are sent to the Mozilla Servers. Not us.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
