Will 36.0.4 uninstall if I install 37.0.1?
I've tried every method I can to uninstall 36.0.4 so I can upgrade. I've been out of the country for 3 months and the computer was not on to receive upgrades, now it's unresponsive. I'm running Windows XP professional 32 bit (best I can tell) service pack 3. Internet Explorer allows me on-line but doesn't work so well. Firefox won't let me on-line to get to the menu icon to do anything in the way of uninstalling. As mentioned, I tried all 4 uninstall methods I found. No response when the uninstall button is clicked. So, will 36.0.4 uninstall if I install 37.0.1?

Installing Firefox 37 will just upgrade 36, you don't need to worry about it further :)
