Windows cannot find firefox.exe with clean install
I'm unable to launch Firefox at all, I've scanned for viruses, cleaned regeristry, reinstalled, restarted PC several times. Looked online for hours, nothing helped. Frankly I'm at a loss at this point.
Error message is: ""Windows cannot find 'C:\ Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" - I checked and the file is there, clicking on it directly bring up the same message because...fuck logic I guess? Anyway like I said I'm at a loss, any help would be immensely appreciated.

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?

Just a few things to try:
Can you right-click on the file and open its properties?
Can you open the file in a hex or text editor?
Can you launch Firefox from your administrator or a different Windows user account?
Check the disk for errors. Explained here.
Check for corrupted system files. Explained here.
