Where can I find a list of all available add-ons, not just the ones I already have?

It is incredibly frustrating to go through hundreds (thousands?) of addons, even if they are broken down in sub-categories. I understand that new ones are being added regularly, but surely a list in some format might be available every month or so?

Thank you for your efforts. Aurel Guillemette

a list of only the new additions DOESN'T solve the problem, this would mean that I would have to do a very LONG search of the entire listings, THEN do a regular search of the new additions. It makes me wonder if the creators of the system, or the creators of the addons don't want to be noticed and chosen?

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

The OP is aware of this site as this is what the thread is about with the Extensions hosted there.

This is for support of what is mentioned in https://support.mozilla.org/questions/

To discuss things about addons.mozilla.org site like the listings of the Extensions (not addons) section is done at https://forums.mozilla.org/ (It uses the same account you use at addons.mozilla.org)

I don't really understand what you're looking for, it's not categories and it's not most recent first. What would make the list the most useful for you?

The Add-ons site actually has its own forum for discussing that site: AMO Feedback and Support • Mozilla Add-ons Forum

I don't want to go through hours and hours of looking at addons when a list that I could print off and consult at my leisure would be the simple answer. Having them in categories only helps if 1) I know what I'm looking for and 2) I know it exists. Surely a list in HTML or txt format could be created and dated when produced...after that I could check in on new additions.

Why not ask about that in the Addons support forum? As already mentioned - twice - by other contributors.

Or wait a few months, until Firefox 39 or 40 comes out and "we" lose hundreds / thousands of extension when the new signing policy for extensions go into effect, sure as hell there will be fewer extensions to look thru when that happens. https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2015/02/10/extension-signing-safer-experience/

Tried the Forum. Apparently words like "list" and others are too common for the Search Function. I actually went through MANY pages of that Forum and there were no answers.

Still nothing.

Their forum is a venue for providing feedback about that site, so you could post there.
