Currently you cannot set a homepage, however you can choose what to display on the new tab page from the settings > customize > Home

guigs2 is right, there is no way to do this however there is an unsupported 3rd party add-on for this that seemed to work last time i tried it 12 weeks ago: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/home-changer/

Give that a try if you have time and let us know if it works for you!
