With the latest update the auto-fill in for frequently used email addresses has been made significantly slower, to the point it is now a nuisance.
When you send emails to the same people over and over Thunderbird starts to automatically what you'll guess after just a few keystrokes.
For example, if I type js it will autocomplete jsmith@gmail.com and I won't have to type anything more. In the latest update the performance has regressed from what used to be instantaneous to now a couple tenths of a second and is a big nuisance. Now I type js and hit enter I just get js. If I type js and then pause for a brief moment then auto-complete fills in.
Can you please fix this.

Hello sfhowes,
Thank you for your response. I have looked into this thread that you've suggested earlier, but I'm hesitant to download a 3rd party application to fix the problem. This thread also references much longer hang times for autocomplete. What we're seeing in our office is very small, on the order of 0.1 seconds. It's enough of a change though that it's causing headaches in our office b/c we were used to instantaneous autocomplete. The preferred solution would be to have Mozilla undo or fix the change that they made that resulted in the decreased performance with the latest update.
Thanks sfhowes,
This gives me some options. I'll look into MoreFunctionsForAddressBook and talk to my IT department.
Thanks.
