Thank you for reporting these crashes. It is not fun when your internet experience is interrupted by crashes. Two questions:

The third crash is from a flash plug in. Since you are on version 13, can you please update your flash plugin? Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems

The last crash I can only find the same ally signature but nvd3dum.dll is in red. This is an nvidia driver normally, but it may be in the wrong folder. I would recommend running a virus scan as well. Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

I've done a virus scan and it found no viruses and I ran the browser in safe mode and it still keeps crashing. Any ideas?

Those are accessibility (a11y) issues.

Are you using special accessibility features on your computer?

Did you already update to Firefox 33 (Help > About)?

You can find the full version of the current Firefox 33.0 release in all languages and for all Operating Systems here:

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.

Hello,

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions and some Preferences.

  • Open websites will not be saved in Firefox versions lower than 25.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

For Firefox versions previous to 29.0:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" Button reset button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

For Firefox 29.0 and above:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu , click help Help-29 and select Troubleshooting Information. Now, a new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.
  2. At the top right corner of the page, you should see a button that says "Reset Firefox" Button reset . Click on it.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

I've resetted firefox and I'm still having the same problems, but it's happening less frequently than it did in October, but it still happens.

Three of the recent crashes are to do with flash but there's no newer version, one appears to be the failure to write a memory address and I don't know what the other one is.

desbest, awesome to hear that part of the issue was solved for crashes with the a11y (thanks corel!) the Flash plugin is still hanging. The last crash is an out of memory error.

Firefox uses too much memory or CPU resources - How to fix

Is it possible to also temporarily disable any flash blockers you may have, including Ad Block Plus to make sure it is not an add on interacting with a webpage you are visiting?

Thank you.
