Answer to "error loading skin crossdomain loading denied" doesn't fix the problem.
The answer to Martbud's question posted on 6/14/14 12:18 AM doesn't fix the problem.
I get the same error message at pbs.org (see Question above) when clicking a hyperlink to a video on one of their webpages.
I'm running Firefox 31 and the latest version of Flash.
The linked answer to "http://www.dwuser.com/flashslideshow/.../understanding_flash_player_cross_domain_loading_restrictions.html" is incomprehensible (unfortunately I'm not an XML programmer).
Any other solutions?

Does this only happen with the beta release or also with the current Firefox 30 release?
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues
If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem
