I have always been a Firefox or Mozilla supporter, now I'm confused as I do use Microsoft Edge and others to support my apps such as Word, Excel, and others. The password thing about using traditional methods and now seems like a lot of people are using Google or Apple to log in really has made my life miserable. Where do I go from here?

how can I cancel my monthly donation to Thunderbird? For the past few months, whenever I use Firefox, I get multiple messages about viruses. I never use thunderbird. I just want to stop the $3 monthly donation throgh Paypal.

This falls under: Accesibility, or passswords, or privacy & security... Or, this fumbducker shosn't doe nit. Anyhow, if you've more smarts and knowledge than me, I need to solve the above mentioned problem. Many thanks.

I have Firefox set to use the built-in .pdf viewer to avoid Adobe's intrusive AI features. I have disabled Adobe's AI features in the Acrobat settings, that does not seem to apply when Firefox opens the Acrobat reader. Consequently, I have to fight off AI "suggestions" and offers of help when I simply want to read a document from the web.

So I set Firefox to use the built-in reader. After 1-2 seconds, it switched to Adobe, and brings up all the annoying AI features. How can I keep Firefox from switching to Adobe?

As a test, I renamed Acrobat.exe to AcrobatX.exe. Firefox behavior did not change. I also killed all Acrobat-related tasks in Task Manager. My document still displayed in Acrobat after 1-2 seconds, but none of the Acrobat-related tasks reappeared in the Task Manager.

I am using Firefox 145.0.2 64 bit in Windows 11 with all updates current.

I got an email that my subscription for Mozilla VPN has been cancelled a month from now. I wonder why? On the "What’s New | Firefox 151" page the new free VPN service is announced. Does it have anything to do with that? Not yet in my region (Sweden) though. Kind regards, Monika Ivarsson

Why do I need to post my question on a forum and wait for some random internet user to answer. Why can I not ask a question of the company when their product is not functioning properly? This is really really disappointing.

I have to click more than once to get almost everything.I have to do it in yahoo mail when I want to delete something or move it to a different folder,dropdown for firefox bookmarks. Even when playing a game I have to click an item in several times before it finally grabs item and I can use it It happens on FB when I click on a reel I want to see almost everything. It is driving me insane. I tried using Chrome just to see if it did the same thing and it does. Could this be a Dell problem? Of course my warranty is over.

My Teams will not open on my pc laptop. It's tiny icon only flashes, I tried to sign in to microsoft and to the old skype but am told my passwords were compromised in 2024 and am sent to archive.org to change. I do not understand this archive site or what I am to do. Are their any interpreters for those who can't find direction? Thanks so much

I Paid for Malwarebytes and that started a 4-month nightmare with inconsistent support from the company EVERYTIME I SIGNED ON COMPUTERS SAVED PROGRAMS WORKED DIFFERTLY. I install a free version of Avira same problems I installed a free version of AVG same problems

Hello again. Yous answer Did you check the backups in the bookmarkbackups folder in the profile folder to see if there is a recent backup with a promissing bookmarks count?
