And it is rather annoying that the report does not tell me which addon is misbehaving either. I do know it runs just fine without any addons enabled so hence, the problem lies with a buggy addon and I'm left in the dark about which one.

get message Firefox Not Responsive when entering text verification code for Outlook email, also randomly for only 1 bank card, this crashed entire web and have to turn off computer to even try web again, earlier 9/30 your web froze submitting this, other emails and banks/card work fine, have tried over 12 times 2026/9/29 and 9/30, have cleared cache, turned off computer, Using ESET antivirus, google works every time

Been happening for almost 2 months now and getting more frequent. What happens is FF opens normally , but reacts sluggishly. Many instances of "not responding". When I close the program , it takes several minutes to close. In Task Manager , it shows disk usage at 100% , CPU at as high as 50% , and memory at 4 gigs prior to crashing. This is on a Windows 11 Pro system with the latest updates and the latest FF.

Recently I cannot use Paypal to process any online payment on Firefox without the browser crashing.

OS: Windows 11 25H2 Reproduction steps: a vendor would have a Paypal button. I would click on it and Firefox would open a pop-up window briefly before crashing.

The pop-up window is normal behaviour for how Paypal processing has worked on Firefox in the past. I have tried turning off potential content blockers: 3rd-party userscripts loading through ViolentMonkey, content blockers via AdNaseaum, and Enhanced Tracking Protection to no effect.

I tried updating Firefox or testing for the crash in Troubleshoot Mode, but it keeps crashing every minutes or so. Here is the report ID bp-67065b07-74d6-417e-b7de-caf500260906

Every time I start Thunderbird it takes several minutes and sometimes doesn't start up. Once it does open up, emails do update new ones but if I go to account settings and select anything it hangs up. If I click on it, grays out and gets a message Thunderbird not responding. I have to open task manager to stop the program. Why aren't the emails on my email server get deleted/ moved updated when using Thunderbird? It seems like the only thing that happens only gets changed on the device I made changes to only. (computer, or phone or laptop)

Question is all there is, why does Firefox 153.0 x64 CRASH COMPLETELY and Windows 11 x64 "App Crash Reporting" is automatically invoked, 3 out of 4 times a simple "History - Clear History - Clear Everything" function is implemented??

To update my Intel graphics drive, I had downloaded and installed Intel support tool, which then used my default browser Firefox to scan and download the missing driver. After I was done though Firefox crashed and didn't open back up. Topic: My ignorance! Working side by side with my bank account 1/2 size, and 2 columns of my inbox screen 1/2 size worked great! A job well done! Re-sizing TB screen back to normal size caused a large blank screen, headed "Inbox", with only a couple of blank columns, no folders, no Sent, no Trash, and it is unresponsive. I went out and back in and it is the same. I didn't do anything unusual. This is a fairly routine action. Please can you help?

My Firefox browser is crashing automatically on my Android device. Whenever I try to open the browser or load a website, it closes suddenly without any error message. I have already updated the app, but the issue is still not solved. Please help me fix this. Thank you.
