I need to send attachment that is 51.1mb with no other text but address and subject, but message says can not send more than 70mb?????????? its not 70mb!!!

I have an issue when trying to forward an email that contains an attachment. I receive the following error message:
"Sending of the message failed. There was an error attaching the file. Please check that you have access to the file."
I am using Thunderbird version 152 on Windows 10 Pro.
This issue only occurs when forwarding emails with attachments. Other email functions appear to work normally. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you in advance.

thunderbird keeps stating the following: Sending of the message failed. There was an error attaching My 2nd photo spraying P1080183.JPG. Plese check that you have access to the file.
I get this on the 3 pictures I took myself. What is wrong with your system now? Is this an AI problem? Why am I getting questioned on my pictures now??? Very irritating since no one can answer this simple question.
Pictures are of my area / since I can't find any version number for Thunderbird / but it is updated always it is the most current when AI is present
