Hi after the 152.0.6 Firefox update I cannot get rid of the round Firefox logo on my home screen and new tabs. I have this toggled off in settings and toggled false in about:config. Why aren't these updates tested before release to the public

Some of my shortcut icons dissappeared. And I can no longer see a "plus" icon to add more. I had more than 4 rows. How do I return my firefox page to how it looked?

When I logged in this morning my FireFox screen had changed. The window for searches had disappeared and the "pocket" selections were all about India and its events. None of the previous options were there. What happened and how do I get back to where things were?

Widgets had been working well for me up until today, when I discovered that none of the widgets below my shortcuts were loading. In the widget settings, they're activated, but only weather shows up (in the top right corner). What am I doing incorrectly?

The homepage for Firefox has not loaded correctly since the new updates of a month or so ago (maybe a bit longer). The windows all just scroll from left to right with no data. The widgets showing date, time, etc show up, but the 12 windows for stories just grey scroll left to right. Someone said it will fix itself. Ok. Any ideas out there?

I would be SO HAPPY if you could add an option under new tab in settings so you can set new tab to a URL or upload a static site! Currently, you can set Firefox home to a custom URL, but you can only set new tab to a blank page or the "Firefox home" page. It would be good if you added an option to upload a static site and add the URL option for new tab too! I want this because I have actually made my own static site custom new tab page, but I can't actually use it. =(

as i mentioned on the ticket name, my default page shortcuts clips every webpage i visit.

i do not want ev ery visited page on my shortcuts. i want my specific choices of frequently used pages to only be up on there.

i've checked settings for default page shortcuts, but i cannot find anything other than how many row it can show.

any idea on this matter?

Morning, I dont know why but before i reset my pc i had a sport widget with all the other widgets, but after the reset i redownloaded firefox and got back all the widgets exept the sport one, any way i can fix this issue please? Thx in advance

When using the time zone widget the North American time zones appear as 3 letters rather than GMT +/-

How do I set North American cities to GMT? I do not live in North American so GMT would make more sense for people outside North America.

Since dawn of times I'm using Firefox with a search box in the center of my Home page for new tabs and windows. It is the most important tool in my life as a web content manager. A few years ago my searches suddenly started to jump to the URL bar as soon as I started typing. An URL bar is - as the says - for URL's and it sits way at the top of my 27" and 32" screens, where my focus is not.

Luckily, this forum saved me with the about:config setting browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar > false to save my life.

A few months ago this was broken by 148.something. After about a month in hell that was repaired with a dot release. And now (151.0.3, Windows 11) it's broken again:

In normal mode it still works as expected, but the search box is not in the center anymore, it has been moved up to about 300 px from the top. Fixed, independent from window size !?! If you make the window small it moves out sight eventually.

In Private Windows it is still in the center vertically, but browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar > false does not seem to work there. As soon as I start typing it jumps to the address bar.

Note what I wrote above. I simply want to optimize my use of this option and can't if it doesn't allow me access to sites that I desire to access rather than ones that simply pop into these squares as existing, irrelevant, I suppose Firefox placed, options are deleted. Most of which I've seen and received are irrelevant to me.

I love you Firefox but what gives you the right to change/mess with my settings on my home page and make it difficult for non technical user to change back to preferred look???????? Why do you do it?
