audio stops completely for exactly 0.4 seconds when un-pausing video, this affects any "interruptions" including skipping around, clicking on timestamps and any ohter type. issue stops completely when another youtube tab with a video playing is currently active.

i have tried any regular troubleshooting tips, including any and all forums i've found online to no avail. this is not happening in any other browser.

I got to PIA's website, i navigate to the download vpn section and from there, firefox blocks the connection and says the server is offline, Ive just done this chrome and edge with no issue, my issue is that its not only this site itll do this on.

recent firefox update can no longer copy and paste when creating a blog post in Squarespace, I have been using squarespace for around 15 years for my websites and I have never seen this issue, Firefox 15.1 installed and all of a sudden when trying to create a blog post in Squarespace, when I right click a text box pop up and it no longer says paste so I can no longer copy and paste text - this is more than a little annoying, you will not be surprised to know that I am now using Chrome to create my posts, there is no issue in chrome. I am a firefox geek! how can i solve this problem, I just did another update from Firefox, the issue remains I have been using computers for 40 year so I am not a novice but software glitches, I am lost

Every time I see a box to enter a username or on some websites, any box that needs information filled in, a pop-up box appears that says "unlock your password manager." I was finally able to get to a website at moz-extension://b5ea3638-1832-4174-a490-4c5e77c0dbc6/html/index.html. The page says "Welcome My Financial Expert Password Manager securely stores, organizes, and autofills your logins, passwords, and more. Sign in to get started." Is this a legitimate mozilla extension? Is this a scam? How do I get rid of it (it's REALLY annoying!)? Thank you for your help and any insight.

I am trying to activate the new free VPN feature, however your steps are not matching what's on my screen.

The first step from your [Set up VPN] article says:

"Look for the VPN setup prompt in the top-right corner of your Firefox toolbar.

   Click Next to begin the setup process. "

Yet I am not receiving this prompt.

I have logged into my account, encountered issues with my authenticator app and back up keys not being saved, and so signed up with a new mozilla account using my secondary google email. (This account I am raising this ticket with now. My primary account/email is [edited email from public] @gmail.com).

Hoping you can clarify or give an easy route into activating this wonderful new service you've announced. Am I right in understanding that it is different (ie. built-in and free?) to your Paid Service ?

I cannot get audio to play on the browser. I've gone into settings and the default says that audio should be on for all websites. However, Youtube, facebook, instagram, etc., won't play audio. Audio plays on other browsers (Chrome, Edge). what must I do to get audio working?

Gentlemen, isn't your browser using a lot of RAM? I've been freaking out about it in recent years. That's only with 25 tabs open!! Despite the fact that the system was installed just a day ago, without any tweaks!!!

I use the web client of Outlook for my work email. However, I've run into an issue: while I can log in through Firefox, every so often (and lately it's been quite often) I launch the Outlook webpage, and all I get is just a bunch of code (see image). The only thing I've found that makes the page work again is to clear all cookies and cache, and clear the start-up cache, and then launch Firefox again. Obviously, this is very annoying, since I have to log in anew every time (and use 2-step verification, etc.). Does anyone know how I might fix this more permanently so I don't have to keep clearing all my cookies and logging in all over multiple times a week?

I updated to Firefox 149 (German User) and did not get the Seutp prompt mentioned in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn#w_turn-on-vpn-in-firefox I Also tried https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn#w_how-do-i-turn-off-or-remove-vpn-from-my-toolbar to check the Optiions in the Settings, but there is also the part "VPN" missing. In the Help Section it says that I have installed 149.0 (64-Bit) Windows Version. Is there something missing?

I'm not sure what happened. I restarted my laptop and when I tried jumping onto Firefox it didn't have my normal accounts on it they were gone and I had to make a new one which means all of my bookmarks are gone, none of my accounts are logged in I am freaking out! What happened?!?!
