I am only a home PC customer and have Windows OEM vendor's support only. It supports operation mises about Windows OS and preinstalled applications, but doesn't support Windows's bug trouble shootings. I was denied supporting from FUJITSU CLIENT COMPUTING LIMITED (known as a Japanese company, but a subsidiary of Lenovo now). I copied the raw Japanese text to avoid my failure of translating.

By the answer, I lost any support about trouble shooting.

I ask questions. Have Firefox development team previously confirmed that it works? Does you have Bugzilla ID about functionality check with passkeys in Microsoft password manager or something like it?

it would be very helpful if you could add a box in passwords for notations, this way I could comment exactly what this password is for if I need to remember additional information or to add comments for myself regarding that particular site. would be very handy

My used name and password for Well Fargo online is saved on fire fox and I can not change it on the Wells Fargo system. They have tried to help me in there system but when I put in the new user name and password it goes back to ORIGINAL user name and password.

hello i just opened my pc today and opened fire fox and i saw an update that makes the browser look better and suddnlly i lost all my passwords and i'm log out of my account

On last Firefox update my Password manager was blanked out. I had no username/passwords in my Password Manager although I had previously had over 100. I managed to recover it by logging in to my Mozilla account but now have access to over 7000 of other peoples usernames and passwords on my password manager. You seem to have a major data breech or is this a quirk I don't understand? These other names/passwords show up when I try to log into certain sites, such as Schwab for example, and I have to pick mine out of a host of others to fill in the login info. What is going on?

Recently passkey function stopped working for Roboform which requires entering password for each login event. Roboform support indicates the issue is being caused be Firefox function. Please advise on this issue. Thanks,

This AM I attempted to sign into my PayPal Business Acct. I have always done this via password (no biometrics or PassKey for me). Until today, when I was asked for my passkey PIN. I don't have one because I never set it up. I spoke with a woman at PayPal who tried to help me. She said it was probably something that my browser did so I should call FireFox or use a different browser. As for PayPal itself, while it has no record of a paykey, it would allow me to set one up because "this account already has a passkey". I tried a different browser and that ended in the same place. Pass key pin requested. I don't have it. It says that firefox "requested" the passkey. I find that very frustrating because I'm effectively "locked out " of my Paypal business account because of this. I've searched my computer to the best of my ability but I can't find where firefox hid this PIN from. Frankly, I don't see where Firefox gets off volunteering me for a passkey when I didn't ask for it, but not telling me makes no sense whatsoever. I'm fed up of all the problems i'm having with Mozilla. i already uninstalled once. i will do it again if you do not allow me to use dashlane and keep putting obstacles in the way. I've been loyal for 10+ years but getting really fed up.

Windows Hello / biometrics login to NordPass not working again. Same issue 3m ago. Nord says this is due to Mozilla changing Firefox (I'm not a techy so excuse this bit!) and as they dont liaise with Nord (or anyone else I assume) have to wait to see if biometric login is working or not then have to send a new release with a fix.

I am not querying this answer but wonder why comapnies cant somehow communicate so that the consumer is not adversly affected

Went to do something on a website, saw that I had been logged out, went to log in and it didn't auto-fill. Went to check the password but seemingly it isn't saved anymore.

The problem lies in the fact that I signed up with an email mask, used a random password and I can't get a recovery email sent to it. So am I perma locked out forever?

I'm just confused on how the saved password can disappear? Any help?
